On October 10th the Artificial Intelligence Research Alliance of Catalonia was introduced to some of the most important European Artificial Intelligence research community players.
This internationalization action took place in the framework of the Kick of Meeting of the project ELSA (European Lighthouse on Secure and Safe AI) which was held in Barcelona from October 10 to 12. ELSA is a network of excellence, funded by the European Union, in which 27 European institutions work together to spearhead efforts in foundational safe and secure artificial intelligence (AI) methodology research. In this context, AIRA was introduced to the ELSA community to let them know the different strategy lines that are being carried out to foster excellence in the research of AI in Catalonia.
